Scottish Girls Under 18's Championships at Baberton

Scottish Girls Under 18's Championships at Baberton Golf Club, 19th - 21st July 2016

It was a great finish for Anna Mackay from Crail Golf Club in making the cut for the Scottish Girls Under 18's Championship.

The championship, for the first time, was decided on one round of stroke-play by the 16 players who qualified for the match-play championship; which could not be played because rain washed out a full day's play on Wednesday, so the girls played 18 holes stroke-play on the Thursday.

Anna shot +3 for her round to finish a very creditable 9th position. Fantastic result Anna and well deserved.

Well done Anna from all at Fife County
